Air tanah berkapur.
Banyak nyamuk.
Tiap malam kadang aroma tidak sedap asap pabrik.
Selokan macet.
Akses masuk perumahan rusak parah, bersamaan jalur keluar masuk truk tambang batu (Kalau kemarau/panas berdebu, kalau hujan berlumpur).
Pos satpam dan gerbang masuk kurang bagus (tidak seperti PK 3,4)
PK 2 has the least facilities among PK 1-4.
The ground water is calcareous.
Many mosquitoes.
Every night there is an unpleasant smell of factory smoke.
Sewer jammed.
Access to the housing estate was badly damaged, along with the route in and out of the stone mining truck (in dry/hot dusty conditions, muddy rains if it rains).
The security post and entrance gate are not good (unlike PK 3,4)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a housing located in klapanunggal, with a modern cluster concept, its great tho... my experiences about this place are the environtment feels is good, very peaceful and comfortable, theres not too far from the city of jakarta.. BUT very unfortunately, the road access is not good ('hollow roads' along the Cileungsi area to here) and very very very bad water tunnel (drainase) in the Cileungsi area, so because of that when the rains comes the water pools on the asphalt road and then dries up into dust that accumulates. I hope this prolonged problem will be immediately followed up and fix as sooner by the local government
