★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yg mungkin baru sekitar 2th an... krn tante sy ada yg beli rumah disitu thn lalu sblm pademi... jd lumayan sering ke perumahan pesona ini..lokasi di dekat pasar ciluar, cluster dr luar kecil tp disana kl pagi dan sore enaak deh udara nya. Krn lokasinya belakang komplek itu langsung ke daerah kebun.. jd masih segar. Kondisi rumah juga ok.. bangunan nya bagus.. jalanan depan rumah juga lebar. Terdapat tmp bermain anak juga. Cocok buat jalan pagi/sore. Suasana antar penghuni juga amat ramah dan kekeluargaan. Dari tol pun ga terlalu jauh.. kurleb 15-20 menit dr tol. Rumah sakit juga ga jauh. Buat yg cari rumah di bogor.. perumahan ini boleh juga lhoo.. hrg kl ga salah sekitar 550-600jutaan.. unt lengkapnya bs contact ke marketing perumahan ya.
 Housing that may be new for about 2 years... because my aunt bought a house there last year before the pandemic... so I go to this charming housing quite often.. the location is near the Ciluar market, the cluster from outside is small but there in the morning and evening the air is good. Because the location is behind the complex directly to the garden area... so it's still fresh. The condition of the house is also ok.. the building is good.. the road in front of the house is also wide. There is a children's play area too. Perfect for morning/evening walks. The atmosphere between residents is also very friendly and family-friendly. It's not too far from the highway either.. it's about 15-20 minutes from the toll road. The hospital is also not far. For those who are looking for a house in Bogor.. this housing can also be done.. if I'm not mistaken, the price is around 550-600 million.. for the full details, you can contact the housing marketing.

Really recommended housing, because it's close to the market + can access the jkt bogor highway & also close to the Jagorawi toll road
