★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup strategis. Dekat faskes, beli makanan mateng, belanja sayur, minimarket, sekolah juga dekat. Semua fasilitas terjangkau. Dekat persawahan yang udaranya masih segar. Aman dan bikin nyaman.
 Pretty strategic. Near health facilities, buy mateng food, shop for vegetables, minimarkets, schools are also close. All facilities are affordable. Near the rice fields where the air is still fresh. Safe and comfortable.

Sayangnya semakin ke belakang jalannya semakin kecil..
Housing that is quite comfortable, the location is quite strategic too ... the entrance is also only 1 so it is safe ..
Unfortunately the road is getting smaller and smaller ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perumahan permata hijau regency yang bertetangga atau berbatasan langsung dengan dusun growong kulon maupun kidul (sabero), kawasan perumahan yang cukup padat didirikan diatas lahan yang cukup luas yang dulunya dipergunakan sebagai lapangan bermain sepak bola oleh warga sekitar, pernah juga digunakan sebagai arena balap motocross, juga sebagai area menggembala ternak warga.
