Namun, terdapat sedikit kekurangan dari tempat ini yaitu belum mempunyai masjid atau musholla sendiri sehingga harus mencari masjid di luar lingkungan perumahan

Tempatnya bersih sejuk dengan tanaman2 buah2an dan taman taman yg terawat rapi.
Dikelilingi kuliner kuliner tradisional seperti Bakmi jawa minuman rempah dan dekat dengan indomart maupun alfamart, juga deket dengan pusat pasar buah di gamping dan pasar tradisional di gamping.
Dekat dengan jalur bus trans dan jln godean km7.
