Jarang ada pengembang baru yg bangun fasilitas duluan br unit rumahnya.. jalan utama perumahan n dlm cluster jg lebar bgt mirip2 jalan di perumahan mewah sumarecon dll..
Tp jalan aksesnya msh kecil n agak jauh dr tol sawangan.. mudah2an kl tol sdh diterusin smp bogor bakal dekat aksesnya..
Katanya jg jln dpn perumahan bakal jd jln outering road depok.. semoga cepat terwujud

A house with an affordable price n makes sense and even out of expectation with all kinds of facilities available ... super wide land at that price ... the building is of great quality ...
It is rare for a new developer to build the facility first for the housing unit .. the main road for housing in clusters is also very wide like roads in luxury housing sumarecon etc ..
But the access road is still small n a bit far from the Sawangan toll road ... hopefully, if the toll road has been continued, Bogor will be close to the access ...
He said also the residential dpn road will be the outering road depok road ... hopefully it will materialize quickly
The cheapest price is 500 million

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the agent if the booking fee will be returned if we fail in the application for KPR, he said yes. I didnt notice that in the pricelist form that it is not refundable coz the print was too small. No help was extended from the agent after that..is this spme kind of a scam?
