- WiFi corner belum ada
- Tempat olahraga apalagi
- Tempat sampah? sampai saat ini cuma rencana terussss. Saya buang sampah sampai di pasar.
- Rumah bergaransi? Unit yang saya tempati semua ruangan BOCOR. Dan belum ada penanganan untuk perbaikan. Tentangga sebelah saya juga bocor. Cuma di survei2. Gk di benerin. Katanya nunggu dana turun. Antara nunggu dana turun atau nunggu garansi habis biar nggk bisa claim garansi lagi
- Intinya di perumahan ini belum ada fasilitas apapun.
Baru rumah aja. Itupun banyak yang bermasalah.

Yang mau beli bisa mampir ke BLOK E6. Saya sebagai pengguna bakal dengan senang hati menjelaskan keadaan yang sebenarnya. Bukan ala2 marketing yang cuma nyari untung

- Unit yang saya tempati udah lewat garansi. Jadi bocor dan sebagainya nggk bisa di tangani.
- Sekarang nambah lagi masalah palaron bocor. Pas d cek. Ternyata palaron yg di pakai di dalam rumah kualiatas alakadarnya. Tipissss bgt
Bocor udah 2 tempat. ???
Alhasil bayar air sebulan bisa 80rb.
