Perumahan ini sudah berdiri sendiri sebagai sebuah dusun. Sebelumnya jadi satu dengan Dusun Kemloko. Sekarang menjadi dusun sendiri dengan kepala dusun tersendiri.
Perumahan ini juga memiliki makam sendiri, terletak di samping Makam dusun Kemloko.
Ada beberapa rumah yang disewakan. Ada juga yang dijual.
Sudah membangun dan memiliki masjid sendiri yang cukup megah.
