★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lingkungan di perumnya sendiri ini bersih dan rapi. sangat worth bayar kebersihan 35k/bulan, memang benar2 rajin diambil sampahnya. warganya baik2 + ramah, ga berasa kalo deket ibukota. udaranya juga ga begitu gerah, malah kadang cenderung sejuk sepoi2. beberapa warga membuat taman sayuran dan taman burung (makasih banyak bapak ibu pemilik lahan). sebelum pandemi, posyandunya rajin sekali.
sayangnya dekat dengan TPA yg semakin membludak, sehingga di waktu2 tertentu akan tercium bau sampah menyengat. amannya sih pakai AC dan tutup semua pintu jendela kalo pas bau. harusnya TPA ini jadi perhatian pemerintah setempat.
satu lagi, akses masuknya berportal yg agak kurang jelas tandanya, jd kadang dikira orang itu malah tanda dilarang masuk. semoga ke depannya bisa dibuat gerbang perum korpri sehingga lebih jelas tanda arah masuk perumnya.
the environment in his own house is clean and tidy. really worth paying 35k/month for cleaning, it's really diligent to take out the garbage. the people are nice + friendly, it doesn't feel like it's near the capital. the air is also not so hot, sometimes it tends to be cool. some residents made a vegetable garden and a bird garden (thank you very much for the land owners). before the pandemic, the posyandu was very diligent.
Unfortunately, it is close to a TPA which is getting bigger and bigger, so that at certain times there will be a pungent smell of garbage. it's safe to use AC and close all windows when it smells bad. This landfill should be a concern of the local government.
one more thing, the access to the portal is a bit unclear, so sometimes people think it's a sign that they are not allowed to enter. Hopefully, in the future, a gate for Perum Korpri can be made so that the sign for the entrance to the Perum is clearer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this neighborhood is quite decent, they all good people, and it's safe to, not much traffic & no thief around, but the downside is: every now and then there's a foul smell from nearby trash deposit area, it's unbearable, also if it's raining hard prepare for water level rising and voila, flood everywhere
