★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalam dekade terakhir tingkat kebutuhan hunian dikota Depok sangat tinggi sekali. Depok juga di kenal sebagai kota urban, karena sebagian penduduknya tiap hari hilir mudik bekerja di Ibukota Jakarta dan memilih tinggal dikota Depok.
Perumahan Kodja yg ada di Kelurahan Kukusan, kecamatan Beji bagian utara, mempunyai akses mudah ke Jakarta via Srengseng sawah. Apalagi sebentar lagi akan mempunyai akses yg lumayan dekat ke pintu Tol, membuat kawasan hunian di sekitar perumahan Kodja akan semakin mahal harganya.
