★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah sudah 1tahun lebih tinggal di GF4 Cibitung, selain aman nyaman buat tempat tinggal, banyak sarana seperti taman bermain anak, kolam ikan, arena pacuan kuda, saung gajebo & tahun ini 2021 insyaallah masjid di GF4 sudah mulai di gunakan untuk sholat tarawih ?
Alhamdulillah, I have lived in GF4 Cibitung for more than 1 year, besides being safe and comfortable for living, there are many facilities such as children's playground, fish pond, horse racing arena, saung gajebo & this year 2021, God willing, the mosque in GF4 has started to be used for tarawih prayers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berawal dari media sosial Facebook, saya yakinkan untuk survey walaupun belum janjian dengan Pak Sutrisno. Alhamdulilah beliau ada ditempat, sempet tanya² juga. waktu itu (hari minggu) saya mampir bareng anak istri, Ibu dan adik. Allhamdulilah di griya family 4 cocok pada pandang pertama. Sebelum ke lokasi GF4 saya juga mampir di beberapa perumahan subsidi, bahkan ada juga yang nawarin tanpa DP, tapi menurut saya di GF4 lah yang sangat *recomended*. banyak perbedaan dari yang lain, contoh kecil (pintu double "pasti nya lebih lebar", dinding double " Biar nggak tumpang tindih sama rumah sebelah ", dinding belakang sudah tinggi 2,4m, ukuran rumah juga udah gede 36m², keramik ukuran 40x40 motif..
Lanjut ke proses pemberkasan,
masuk berkas minggu 5 Sept 2021,
pilih blok jum'at 1 Oct 2021 dapet blok C8/26
Dari sini lah mulai lama, karena akhir tahun kehabisan kuota
Mulai awal maret tepatnya rabu 9 Mar 2022 aplikasi sikasep berubah ke no 4
9 hari kemudian aplikasi berubah ke no 5 (hati riang banget), tapi masih ada kendala dengan KK, alhamdulillah diurus 1 hari kelar.
6 hari berlangsung ada email dari Bank BSI (alhamdulillah di Acc)
Tinggal tunggu kabar akad nya, pas 6 hari setelahnya ada info akad (tepatnya rabu 30 Mar 2022).
Berkat bimbingan dan support dari Pak *Sutrisno* alhamdulillah sekarang sudah resmi jadi bagian dari Griya Family 4..

Starting from the social media Facebook, I convinced myself to take a survey even though I had not made an appointment with Mr. Sutrisno. Thank God he was there, I had some questions too. At that time (Sunday) I stopped by with my wife, daughter and sister. Alhamdulillah, at Griya Family 4 it fits at first glance. Before going to the GF4 location, I also stopped at some subsidized housing, some even offered no down payment, but in my opinion, GF4 is highly *recommended*. many differences from the others, small examples (double door "must be wider", double wall "so that it doesn't overlap with the house next door", back wall is 2.4m high, house size is also 36m² big, ceramic size 40x40 motif. .
Proceed to the filing process,
enter the file week 5 September 2021,
choose block Friday 1 Oct 2021 get block C8/26
From here, it started for a long time, because the end of the year ran out of quota
Starting in early March, to be exact, Wednesday, March 9, 2022, the Sikasep application has changed to number 4
9 days later the application changed to number 5 (very happy heart), but there were still problems with the KK, thank God it was taken care of in 1 day.
6 days later there was an email from Bank BSI (thank God at Acc)
Just waiting for news of the contract, just 6 days later there will be contract info (Wednesday 30 Mar 2022 to be precise).
Thanks to the guidance and support from Mr. *Sutrisno*, thank God, now that he is officially part of Griya Family 4.
