★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design rumahnya bagus-bagus modern dan kekinian. Yang paling laris di sini rumah dua lantai. Namun pengelola masih melakukan pembangunan dan penambahan unit hingga pertengahan 2021 ini. Promonya banyak. Apalagi yang 5 juta sudah langsung dapat kunci. Gerbang masuknya rencananya akan menjadi dua. Yang sekarang ada hanya bisa diakses melalui jalan masuk Pasar Ciluar. Kedepannya, akan ada jalan masuk lain yang langsung bisa tembus ke jalan raya Bogor-Jakarta. Cicilannya relatif mahal ya. Wajar apabila dibandingkan dengan kualitas bangunan yang ada.
