★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Survei ke Perumahan ini karena mau beli kredit rumah. Dari Pasar Minggu perjalanan dg mobil kurang lebih 1 jam lebih...cukup jauh. Suasananya sejuk, sudah ada yang tinggal, tapi masih banyak juga yang sedang dibangun. Ada beberapa tipe rumah baik 1 lantai maupun 2 lantai. Cocok buat keluarga yang baru menikah atau keluarga kecil.

The atmosphere is cool, there are already living, but there are still many that are being built. There are several types of houses, both 1 floor and 2 floors. The location is very beautiful, the house is nice.. the design is very classy.. the access road to the location is not damaged, affordable online motorcycle taxis..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ marketing inhousenya komunikatif. saat ini masih proses KPR. cuman agak khawatir sama jalanan masuk, pengalaman tinggal di kampung kalo ada yang hajatan biasanya tutup jalan, jadi pengen tau klo jalanan depan sudah dibebasin atau masih punya kampung ya?
pros:
1. harga murah
2. termasuk developer premium di salah satu bank swasta
3. drainase dan kabel underground
4. row jalan lumayan
5. ada taman dan masih sejuk suasananya
6. marketing komunikatif
7. air tanah harusnya bagus dan banyak dilihat dari sekelilingnya air bagus
kons:
1. level tanah agak dibawah, hampir setara sungai tapi aliran sungai menjauh
2. pam dan internet blm masuk
3. embel2 serpong padahal gn sindur parung
4. rumah contoh yg harusny/biasanya paling bagus tapi pada rembes, wallpapper ngeletek ( apakabar nanti rumah produksinya?)
5. akses jalan sudah ada, tp ga tau itu punya developer atau masih ada hak warga, waktu kesana lumayan ganggu bocah2 main tengah jalan. kalo emang sudah dibeli developer lebih baik tutup aja samping2nya agar tidak bersinggungan langsung
6. provider internet yg ready cuma net city, lebih bagus klo ada myrep
communicative inhouse marketing. Currently still in the mortgage process. I'm just a little worried about the entrance, the experience of living in a village when someone has a celebration usually closes the road, so I want to know if the front road has been cleared or do you still have a village?
pros:
1. low price
2. including a premium developer in a private bank
3. drainage and underground cables
4. the row is pretty good
5. there is a garden and the atmosphere is still cool
6. communicative marketing
7. Groundwater should be good and seen from the surroundings the water is good
cons:
1. The ground level is a bit below, almost equal to the river but the river flows away
2. Pam and internet are not logged in
3. embel2 serpong even though it's not sindur parung
4. The sample house that should/is usually the best but leaks out, the wallpapper sucks (how are you doing in the production house?)
5. The road access already exists, but I don't know if it has a developer or if there are still residents' rights, it was quite annoying when the children were playing in the middle of the road. If it's been bought by a developer, it's better to just close the sides so they don't touch directly
6. The only internet provider that is ready is Net City, it would be better if there was myrep
