Jalan di perumahan masih dalam tahab perbaikan dan akan di cor blok setinggi -+12Cm. Sudah banyak yang tinggal disini. Ada beberapa yang kosong, kemungkinan dikontrakkan.
Lokasi musholanya ada disebelah belakang dekat dengan sawah. Masih ada pemandangan pedesaan, sehingga nyaman dan udaranya segar.

Akses jalan aspal cukup baik. Suasana asri dan tidak terlalu gaduh, tenang ciri khas perumahan dekat pedesaan. Cocok sebagai alternatif hunian pilihan..
