Model rumahnya juga Ok cuma sayangnya di pinggir bantaran sungai dan lokasinya masuk menurun ke dalam lembah jadi agak rawan banjir dari sungai disebelahnya dan jg rawan longsor krn terkesan tanahnya ngga seimbang krn menjorok kebawah begitu lembahnya dan bersebelahan dgn sungai yg berpotensi rawan banjir & tanah longsor... ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pengalaman ambil perum subsidi disini, tetapi turun plafon dan saya harus bayar sisa dari pengajuan yg diacc sebesar 59jt sedangkan saya sudah masuk dp skitar 21jta. Awalnya uang DP saya oleh pihak citaville tidak bisa dikembalikan, saya kecewa dan ingin melaporkan ke pihak bpsk tetapi akhirnya diurus sampe pihak BTN ngasih surat reject. Dan itu proses pengembaliannya tidak langsung tetapi dicicil selama 4 bulan dan ada potongan dp yg sudah masuk. Saya sangat kecewa karena harus ditanyakan terus kapan pengembaliannya karena tidak ada kejelasan setiap tanggal berapa dp saya dikembalikan. Sampai akhirnya saya minta dibuatkan tanggal pasti untuk pengembalian dananya. Dan akhirnya mereka mengeluarkan surat yg ditulis setiap tanggal 6 pengembalian dp saya dicicil 4 bulan. Pada bulan 1 dan 2 pembayaran lancar. Pas pengembalian ke 3 tidak ada pemberitahuan apapun ke saya tiba2 lewat dari tanggal 6 belum dibayarkan. Begitu saya tanyakan mereka dengan enteng menjawab bahwa ada keterlambatan sampai akhir bulan, yg disebabkan karena faktor libur lebaran dan ada karyawan yg menikah. Apakah itu alasan yg masuk akal untuk menahan duit customer?
Kalian yg ingin mengambil rumah disini silakan dipertimbangkan dulu pengalaman saya ini. Poinnya adalah jika di reject pengembalian refund dana nya sangat lama dan ribet.
I have experience taking subsidized housing here, but the ceiling is lowered and I have to pay the rest of the submitted applications of 59 million while I have entered a dp of around 21 million. Initially my down payment by Citaville party could not be returned, I was disappointed and wanted to report it to the bpsk but finally it was taken care of until the BTN gave a reject letter. Until finally I asked for an exact date for the refund. And finally they issued a letter written every 6th to return my deposit in 4 months. In months 1 and 2 the payments are smooth. When I returned to the 3rd, there was no notification whatsoever to me, suddenly after the 6th, it had not been paid. When I asked them, they simply replied that there was a delay until the end of the month, which was caused by the Eid holiday and there were employees getting married. Is that a good reason to hold back on the customer's money?
Those of you who want to take a house here, please consider my experience first. The point is that if it is rejected, the refund will be very long and complicated.
