★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yang lokasinya sangat strategis di tengah kota Cileungsi. Dekat dari Pasar Cileungsi, Terminal Bis Cileungsi, RSU Mary, Mall Metropolitan Cileungsi dll. Lokasinya tepat bersebelahan dengan wilayah perumahan Metland Transyogie.
Perumahan yang sudah cukup tua di Cileungsi ini mempunyai sarana yang cukup lengkap, dari mesjid perumahan, rumah sakit, ruko, minimarket, sarana olahraga, hingga sekolah SMP dan SMK ada di wilayah perumahan cileungsi hijau ini.
Rawa yang terdapat di depan perumahan ini seharusnya bisa lebih dimanfaatkan oleh developer untuk dijadikan tempat yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat cileungsi umumnya dan warga masyarakat perumahan cileungsi hijau khususnya.
Di kawasan perumahan Cileungsi Hijau ini sekarang sudah mulai bertambah beberapa Cluster perumahan, seperti Cluster Evergreen, Cluster Rosewood dan juga ada Cluster Cottonwood yang berada di belakang sekolah SMK Widya Kusuma.
Housing which is strategically located in the middle of Cileungsi. Close to Pasar Cileungsi, Cileungsi Bus Terminal, Mary Hospital, Cileungsi Metropolitan Mall etc. The location is right next to the Metland Transyogie residential area.
This old housing complex in Cileungsi has quite complete facilities, from housing mosques, hospitals, shophouses, minimarkets, sports facilities, to junior high schools and vocational schools in this green cileungsi housing area.
The swamp in front of this housing should be more utilized by developers to be a useful place for the Chilean community in general and the residents of the Green Cileungsi community in particular.
In the Cileungsi Hijau residential area, there are now several housing clusters, such as the Evergreen Cluster, Rosewood Cluster and also the Cottonwood Cluster which is behind the Widya Kusuma Vocational School.
