★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan ini terlalu jauh dari jalan besar, terlalu rendah lokasinya dibandingkan dengan jalan besar, kemungkinan kena banjir sangat di mungkinkan. Modelnya juga kurang mantap. Namun untuk mendapatkan rumah sederhana disekitar Ci herang bagi warga sekitar sangat bagus.
