★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan dinas TNI AL yg jauh dari pantai, tetapi nyaman untuk istirahat, karena jauh dari kebisingan kota.
Namun untuk menuju kesana dari tengah kota cukup jauh dan melewati simpul2 kemacetan.
Akibatnya banyak rumah yg kosong dan rusak.
