The housing estate is located in the Sribitan area, just off the road right in front of the Monggo Chocolate Museum. There are two houses together, namely Bangunjiwo Sejahtera and Bangun Griya Sentosa housing

Dekat dengan berbagai lokasi objek wisata, baik wisata kuliner, alam maupun kerajinan.
Sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, dekat dengan kantor kelurahan, puskesmas, sekolah, bahkan ada juga perguruan tinggi ( STEI Hamfara).
Comfortable place to stay.
Close to various locations of attractions, both culinary tourism, nature and crafts.
Supporting facilities and infrastructure, close to village offices, health centers, schools, and even universities (STEI Hamfara).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan sederhana yang cukup padat penduduknya. Ada beberapa rumah yang tidak ditinggali pemiliknya sehingga tidak terawat. Kualitas beberapa bangunan terlihat tidak baik. Beberapa area juga terlihat kotor.
Simple housing that is quite densely populated. There are several houses that are not occupied by their owners so they are not maintained. The quality of some of the buildings looks not good. Some areas also look dirty.
