★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses bangun lama sekali. Dari 2019 booking+Dp, sampai sekarang blm ada kabar lg. Sudah saya tanyakan kapan bisa proses KPR, tapi slow respon banget. Bahkan agen penjualnya aja sudah hilang kontak. Mau bikin grup sama pembeli lainnya.
Waktu itu saya cek lokasi, setelah malamnya hujan ternyata banjir sampai 70 cm.
