Saya dtg jam 10 pagi namun petugas sdah tdak d tmpat info dr satpamnya... Mhon d perbaiki lg alur penanganan transaksi di cabang ini
Disappointing, collection of goods has been confirmed in 1 day before it is not properly served. In a matter of 4 days later, the reason was that the officers were not there. I arrived at 10 am, but the officer did not get the information from the security guard ... Please fix the transaction handling flow at this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegadaian di jalan tss tapi namanya gang Ketapang.. kasirnya cuma 1 jadi lumayan lama pelayanan nya.. minimal 2 lah yang jjadi kasirnya.. satpam nya malah 3.. hahahaha.. lokasi strategis di pinggir jalan.. parkiran motor lumayan dah.. kalo parkir mobil gk bisa..
The pawnshop on the street but the name is Ketapang alley .. the cashier is only 1 so it's quite a long time of service .. at least 2 are the cashiers ... the security guards are actually 3 .. hahahaha .. strategic location on the side of the road .. the motorcycle parking is pretty good if you park the car you can't
