sangat d sayangkan kl mau k Lokasi jln y dr St.Tambun bnr " Macet,Krn Tr lalu bnyk 1/4 jln & bnyk kendaraan yg kluar msk.
jd dr St.Tambun k Lokasi y naek Angkot yg jln y bnr " macet & abis Turun d Angkot/POM Bensin ga ada Transportasi lg k dlm ( Angkot lg ),jd hrs hrs naek Ojek dr Dpn ( turun dr Angkot ).
ckp menguras Kantong/Dompet.
jd kl milik rmh y wjb pny Kendaraan ( Motor/Sepeda/Mobil ) utk k dpn y yg luamayan jauh,kl Jalan kali sangat melelah kan
utk Perumahan y ckp Lumayan & Standart BTN/Perumahan.
jd sblm memilik rmh d Perumahan tsbt Cerdas lah utk memiliki y/membeli,Survey Lokasi y,Survey Transportasi y,jng smp menyesal d kmudiam hari.....
Berilah kepuasaan Konsumen dng mempermudah Transportasi & Lokasi....

I give 2 stars, because I am not satisfied with the owner / prospective owner.....
It's really a pity if you want to go to the location of Jl. Y. Dr. St. Tambun bnr "Lost, because there are many 1/4 roads & many vehicles that go out.
So Dr. St. Tambun k The location where you take an Angkot on the other side is "jammed & after getting off at the Angkot / Gasoline POM, there is no transportation inside (Angkot again), so you have to take an Ojek from Dpn (get off from Angkot).
ckp drains Pockets/Wallet.
so if it belongs to the household, you have to own a vehicle (motorcycle/bike/car) for the long-distance front, if the road is very tiring, right?
for housing that is quite good & standard BTN / housing.
So before owning a house in that housing, it's smart to have Y/buy, Y Location Survey, Y Transportation Survey, don't regret it later in the day.....
Give satisfaction to consumers by facilitating transportation & location....
