★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akses masuk bisa dari beberapa jalan, yaitu bisa dari Jalan Cilangkap (jalan agak lebar, akses 2 mobil, krg lbh ke dalam sekitar 3-4km), bisa juga Pintu Air (gudang coca cola, akses motor, akses paling cpt dan dekat, paling hanya 2km), bisa juga dari jalan Jajar Naterman/sebrang Villa Pertiwi (akses 2 mobil, tp jalan lbh sempit dibandingkan lewat Cilangkap, jadi kalau perwis/papasan dengan mobil lain harus saling pengertian/mengalah dan minggir, jarak krg lbh 2-2,5km) dan bisa juga lewat Jatijajar Estate (jalan lebar di dalam perumahannya, begitu keluar perahan, jalan pas-pasan lagi, jarak juga sekitar 2-3km).
Perumahan sudah padat dan ramai. Blm ada minimarket yg dekat, tp ada sekolahan, mushola, dan warung. Sepanjang jalan (terutama dari arah Cilangkap) sudah banyak juga perumahan-perumahan yg lain dan baru dibangun, jadi ke depannya akan semakin ramai dan hidup.
Access can be entered from several roads, which can be from Jalan Cilangkap (road is rather wide, access 2 cars, about 3-4 km deeper), it can also be Water Gate (coca cola warehouse, motorbike access, access is the quickest and closest, most only 2km), can also be from Jajar Naterman road/across from Villa Pertiwi (access 2 cars, but the road is narrower than via Cilangkap, so if you pass by/pass by another car, you must understand each other / give in and move aside, the distance is 2-2, 5km) and can also go through Jatijajar Estate (a wide road inside the housing, once you get out of milk, the road is mediocre again, the distance is also about 2-3km).
Housing is crowded and crowded. There is no mini market nearby, but there are schools, prayer rooms, and stalls. Along the road (especially from the direction of Cilangkap) there are also many other and newly built houses, so in the future it will be more crowded and lively.
