Biasanya mahasiswa/mahasiswi PKN STAN yang sering kali ngekos disini soalnya jarak dari kampus kurang lebih 200 meter jadi nggak terlalu jauh kalo ngampus nggak punya kendaraan bisa jalan kaki. Tempat kost disini juga sangat nyaman dan tentunya aman dari banjir.
Besides housing in this place there are also boarding houses. Usually PKN STAN students often come here because the distance from the campus is about 200 meters so it's not too far if you don't have a vehicle to walk. Boarding houses here are also very comfortable and certainly safe from flooding.
