Letak cukup strategis karena dekat dengan RS Purworejo yang baru meski belum aktif.
Dekat dengan SDIT dan jalan raya Jogja-Cilacap.
Akses jalan menuju perumahan cukup bagus, namun jalan menuju perumahan kurang bagus dan dalam proses perbaikan.
Tetangga yang ramah dan supel.
'New' housing at competitive prices and quite affordable, has a beautiful environment.
The location is quite strategic because it is close to the new Purworejo Hospital even though it is not yet active.
Close to SDIT and the Jogja-Cilacap highway.
Road access to housing is quite good, but the road to housing is not good and is in the process of repair.
