mana kalo hujan serasa bajak sawah harus OFF ROAD karna jalan super duper bagus sekali??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah pengajuan tapi di tolak. Bukan berarti deretan sakit hati. Tapi berdasarkan yg terserat bahwa Klu di tolak dari bank, DP di kembalikan, tapi mbulet ora jelas sampe saiki. Yen ga niat mengembalikan jgn di note di persyaratan. Giliran dokumen penolakan dari bank di minta tdk bisa membuktikan. Alesane hanya lewat WA, bukti WA ditakoni ora iso membuktikan. Negara hukum itu terdokumentasi, hal sepele ae ora beres, opo maneh sing hal besar. Ben dinggo sangu mati lan sengsoro ae wis, alhamdullilah ditolak, dari pada di ACC malah ngentek e bondo dinggo renovasi hahahah. Marketing e joss yen kon umuk, tong kosong nyaring bunyi nya. Bintang 1/4 kok ga ono yo, sangat disayang banget .. di pikir-pikir maneh ae lur yen arep pengajuan....

Sejak tahun 2019 hingga sekarang 2020
Benar akses jalan "SANGAT MUDAH BAGUS TERJANGKAU". Sampai motor ku harus jalan was was. Apalagi kalau hujan, sudah pasti bergaya off road. Alhasil lumpur nempel di roda dan spark board. Sensasi alam yang menantang dari akses jalan nya. Top sekali.
Benar kualitas bangunan "PALING TOP" di kelas nya.
Sampai tembok dan cor garasi halaman ada motif pecah pecah nya. Jarang jarang perum top ada motif retak.
Sampai pada suatu hari plafon kamar ku ambruk untung aku tidak dalam kamar. Memang sudah ku prediksi suatu saat pasti ambruk. Mungkin karna terlalu "KOKOH DAN TOP" konstruksi rangka bangunan nya. Rumah ini terlalu sempurna untukku.
Benar marketing "RAMAH ,INFORMATIF DAN KOMUNIKATIF". Tapi saking komunikatif nya pembeli yg sudah akad tidak ditanggapi lagi. Mungkin saking banyak nya calon pembeli yg antri membeli unit rumah. Oh manis nya hanya diawal.
Sama seperti mantan mantan ku.
Sementara itu dulu cerita rumah ku.
Selamat menikmati perumahan "PALING TOP DIKELAS NYA." buat para calon pembeli muda mudi. Selamat merasakan sensasi nya.
Banyak yang perlu di renovasi mandiri. Karna bangunan terlalu "TOP dan SEMPURNA" bagiku. Rugi tidak apa apa, sudah terlanjur. karna rumah adalah tempat tinggal yang membuat keluarga kita nyaman. Bukan sekedar benda mati yang punya nilai jual.

Lihatlah dan bersosial lah secara keseluruhan perum, dengan warga nya, bangunannya, jalan sampai belakang.
Karna pada suatu hari kita akan menjadi satu keluarga dan warga perumahan. Sedangkan developer, masih lanjut mencari untung ke proyek lain.
