★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is bit small but the facilities are quite complete, such as atm center, toilets, convenience stores and small prayer rooms. The service is quite good even though its always crowded because its in a strategic location and the only Pertamina's gas station in the Graya Raya area. Unfortunately, there are always hawkers and salespeople from various snack products to car maintenance who are left roaming around and sometimes it's quite annoying 'cause they directly offer their wares to consumers who are queuing or refueling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe because of emplyee rotation, by the time this review is written, the staff isn't responsive as it should be.
I'm driving a car , using pertamax , and when I'm going there, some staff ignore me when I'm asking for filling up my tank. Instead, they only focus on motorcycle pertamax and pertalite filling only, while idle staff remains... Idle.
So much for 'red carpet service' ?
