★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad costumer service experiences. As costumer, I didn't get good service there. Simply like "smile". Even, the officer can't control the tone of voice when reminding the costumer. Is it how satifying costumer? I just know that Pertamina has motto or something "3S (Sapa, Senyum, Sopan)". But I didn't find it in this place. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this the gas station near SMP depok? If it is so, i ve got a really bad service today from a woman server. She couldnt speak politely and gave a bad attitude. Hope this gas station can improve the service quality and managing the employees to give their best heart to the customers.
