★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library seems to be closed on Sunday. There is a hall used for events like marriage, etc. The parking lot is wide and easy to access in or out. Overall the place is located on strategic area and access to it is easy.

The collections here are mainly old newspapers. I went on Saturday and the building looks empty.
You don't have to bring show your ID or anything, you can directly go to the 7th floor to check the newspapers collection.
The building in the middle is also rented for events. I saw people having their wedding reception here.
