Gedung dengan 3 lantai ini bila dipandang terlihat seperti bentuk lingkaran dengan model seperti berkubah. Desain interior bangunan cukup memukau karena terdapat banyak tiang berwarna orange seperti jaring laba-laba yang menarik dipandang. Tempat parkir sangat luas untuk mobil dan parkir motor terdapat kanopi, jadi tidak perlu khawatir bila helm kehujanan. Ada taman inspirasi dengan fasilitas joglo kecil dan area bermain yang berada di belakang parkiran motor.
Sebelum memasuki gedung, pustakawan perlu menaiki tangga terlebih dahulu atau melewati jalur kursi roda untuk mencapai lobby. Lantai 1 digunakan untuk ruang karyawan sehingga aksesnya terbatas. Lantai 2 yaitu ruang depan yang digunakan untuk mengisi daftar tamu, locker room, ruang seminar dan terdapat komputer yang tersambung dengan internet yang bisa diakses pustakawan.
Lantai 3 terdiri dari berbagai macam jenis buku yang bisa dibaca dan dipinjam. Terdapat beberapa ruang yang juga menyimpan koleksi buku dan bisa diakses oleh pustakawan. Untuk menunjang kenyamanan, juga disediakan meja dan kursi serta meja lesehan dan bantal yang dapat digunakan pustakawan.
Terdapat fasilitas WiFi gratis yang bisa diakses oleh pustakawan selama di dalam perpustakaan. Untuk kecepatannya tidak bisa dibilang cepat, tapi cukup bisa digunakan untuk sekedar berselancar di internet. Saat saya di sana, mayoritas dipenuhi oleh anak sekolah dan mahasiswa yang membuka laptop.
Disalah satu ruangan di lantai 3 juga terdapat AC, tapi tidak nyala saat saya coba nyalakan. Ruangan di lantai 3 ini juga tidak ada fasilitas pendingin udara lain seperti kipas, jadi sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan hanya memanfaatkan ventilasi dan jendela. Tetapi tidak masalah karena udara di salatiga cukup sejuk, jadi tanpa pendingin ruangan pun tidak merasa sumuk atau gerah.

This 3-story building when viewed looks like a circle shape with a domed-like model. The interior design of the building is quite stunning because there are many orange pillars like spider webs that are interesting to look at. The parking lot is very spacious for cars and motorbike parking has a canopy, so you don't have to worry if it rains on your helmet. There is an inspiring garden with small joglo facilities and a play area behind the motorbike parking lot.
Before entering the building, the librarian needs to climb the stairs first or pass the wheelchair path to reach the lobby. The 1st floor is used for employee rooms so access is limited. The 2nd floor is the front room which is used to fill out the guest list, locker room, seminar room and there is a computer connected to the internet that can be accessed by the librarian.
The 3rd floor consists of various types of books that can be read and borrowed. There are several rooms that also store a collection of books and can be accessed by the librarian. To support comfort, tables and chairs are also provided as well as a sitting table and pillows that can be used by librarians.
There are free WiFi facilities that can be accessed by librarians while in the library. The speed is not exactly fast, but it can be used for just surfing the internet. When I was there, the majority were filled with schoolchildren and students opening laptops.
In one of the rooms on the 3rd floor there is also an air conditioner, but it doesn't turn on when I try to turn it on. This room on the 3rd floor also does not have other air conditioning facilities such as fans, so air circulation in the room only uses ventilation and windows. But it doesn't matter because the air in Salatiga is quite cool, so even without air conditioning you don't feel stuffy or hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a public library located at the center of Salatiga, not too far from Alun-alun Pancasila. It has good ambience because of the design of the building and it will make us comfortable to read the book without being disturbed. The quality of wifi is good. There are some places that have been provided for many visitors to enjoy the fresh air behind the building. The location is can be accessed easily by public transportation, such as angkutan umum.
