Some security staffs are inconsistent, cocky, impolite and discriminate or playing favor to residents or even guests. If you are a resident with nice car and you don't give the security the resident's card, the security will still greet, bow and smile towards you, but if you are a resident with a cheap car they don't even bother to look at you. Now, all residents with car can use the autogate, but still the securities will greet you, not them though. That's how bad and how they discriminate residents, so it's not a strange thing how these staffs treat guests. They are very inconsistent. Some day they'll allow you to pass, but when they are in a bad mood they'll shout and be very mean.
Because of the pandemic now all motorcycle users need to wash their hands before they can pass the gate, this is the most irritating, annoying thing to do. This not only makes the line longer but very unnecessary. After washing hands then we touch the dirty handle again? what's the point? also if we are visiting our parents or family, can't we just wash our hands in their home? some people have sensitive hands, how if the soap you used are bad for our hands? will you help us to pay the hospital bill? These same staffs ONLY STRICT TO CERTAIN PEOPLE. THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE CALLED A BULLY NOT A SECURITY GUARD. SHAME ON THEM. WHEN THEY HATE YOU, YOU'LL BECOME THEIR TARGET. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU GO THERE AND THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND KNEW THAT YOUR FAMILY AND THE FACT THAT YOU USED AND SOMETIMES STILL LIVE THERE. THEY ARE A TOTAL BULLY! AND THE WASHING HANDS POLICY FOR MOTORCYCLE IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME!
I hate their attitude so much and the nonsense rules.
