★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 15thn tinggal di jalan trulek permata 1, nyaman, asri, tetangga yg baik2, dekat masjid, dekat sekolah, dekat pasar baik modern atw tradisional, dekat rs, stasiun kereta, dekat dgn 2 toll gate, dekat mall & supermarket. Binjay masih di kelola sama jaya property. Jd lingkungan tertata rapih, PDAM nya gak pernah mati kl pun mati selalu ada info sblmnya, tebang pohon di pinggir jalan tinggal calling jaya gak perlu bayar lg, ada kerusakan jalan tinggal kirim pengajuan lewat pengurus, kita tinggal bayar IPL(Iuran pemeliharaan lingkungan) aja tiap bulan. Baik jalan atw taman semua sdh ada yg bertugas merapihkannya.
Alhamdulillah belum pernah kebanjiran di taman permata 1. Kalau udah pernah rasain tinggal di bintaro itu susah move on. Susah pindah ke wilayah tinggal lain. Karena disini kemana2 dekat gak kena macet, semua fasilitas lengkap gak perlu keluar bintaro.
It's been 15 years living on Jalan Trulek Gem 1, comfortable, beautiful, good neighbors, near mosques, near schools, near markets, both modern and traditional, near hospitals, train stations, close to 2 toll gates, near malls & supermarkets. Binjay is still managed by Jaya Property. So the environment is neatly organized, the PDAM never dies, even if it dies, there is always previous information, cutting down trees on the side of the road, just calling Jaya, no need to pay anymore, there is damage to the road, just send the application through the administrator, we just have to pay IPL (environmental maintenance fees) only every month. Whether it's the road or the park, everyone is in charge of tidying it up.
Thank God it's never been flooded at Gem 1 Garden. If you've ever experienced living in Bintaro, it's hard to move on. It is difficult to move to another area of residence. Because it's close everywhere, there's no traffic jams, all the complete facilities don't need to go out of Bintaro.
