We ordered sirloin steak and chicken steak, both of them are under seasoned, very tasteless. The mushroom sauce also bland.
The meat is a little bit hard to chew also.
Hope they will improve their food quality because their ambience and service are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not say its bad food. I just surprised that they dont restock the meat cut fast. I want rib eye that time but end up getting sirloin. The meat is nice. You got 1 kind of sauce but they put it in 2 small cup, can choose sides. Prise is ok. Around 100ish rp. Place was nice. Good higine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eat here twice, the first time was pleasant, had the combo hakubee and it was delicious, the meat was tender, juicy, even my picky father likes it, combo comes with drink and dessert, totally worth it, but I dont recommend the fries though, better have the mashed potato instead. Come here the second time, we decided to try the 500 gram USDA choice rib eye, we have made a reservation 2 hours prior to our arrival by phone call according to the instruction, and the waitress had accept it. Come here kinda bit late (15minutes), we have to order it again, eventually we waited for 30 minutes, when other customers already had their meals, we are still waiting, what's the point for the call???!! Our order eventually came, only to have it still RAW, really raw, only the outside of the meat thats cooked. The meat wasn't cook throughly. If you wish to order the 500 gram meat, do give them a call at least twice, it seems one is not enough. if it was not because our second visit, I would've probably give more ratings.
The owner of the restaurant reach us, and Insist on compensating our horrible experience with his staffs and meat, promises to provide us with an excellent quality of meat and services. he is friendly and very responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Steakhouse, recommended for steak lovers, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. They cooked the meat perfectly. Tried the hakube, the meat is so tender and delicous, the size is quite big, the price is very well worth it. Must heck their combo menu for the Best price. 200k for 2 hakube steaks, drink and ice cream, very good deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here today to try the food and drinks in the restaurant while rating it and I'll say the service is great but the menu doesn't have any pictures or colours to see how the food looks like but it's fine. Today i ordered hokubee sirloin combo that includes Steak + Drinks + Ice cream i also ordered onion rings, sadly i must give the drinks 6/10 because no free refills and the glass is too small to have enough water or tea to drink. After eating it i conclude that the onion rings are 7/10 because it's too much flour that made the onion less tasty and too fat. And for the steak it is 9/10 because it's soft, delicious, and smells good! The fries/mashed potato compliments the steak and the sauces too! The only shame i can say is the steak looks a little overcooked from the outside but it's still good! But the last thing is the ice cream, i rate it 7/10 because it was served messy and melty but it's also too much cream making it too sweet. But I guess with all that the restaurant i rate it 4/5.
