★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk Cidera dll saya pribadi tidak menyarankan untuk di pijit, ibu saya semakin memar akibat urut disini dikarenakan menggunakan stik drum dan yang pastinya untuk anatomi tubuh seperti otot dan saraf kurang atau bisa tidak mengerti sama sekali karena hal tersebut harus dipelajari dengan baik dan tepat. Saya merekomendasikan segala bentuk fisioterapi jika mengalami cidera karena secara science dan ilmu kedokteran mereka lebih maju. Memang urut dan tradisi ini sudah terjadi begitu lama dan menjadi kebiasaan tetapi jika seperti kasus ibu saya bahkan tidak bisa jalan apakah harus diteruskan ?. Ayoo untuk semua lebih melek lagi akan kesehatan diri dan perkembangan zaman karena dokter2 atau terapis diluar sana sudah banyak yang bagus dan bersertifikat tentunya memahami tubuh2 kalian
