β β β β β Gojek or grab ready around the building, the food court really crowded during the lunch time, vip toilet on some floor is not that well maintained, and always running out of toilet tissue in the afternoon. But it near to the busway slipi kemanggisan station, gambir station and some malls

β β β β β Great office building, home of some great Indonesian startups. The lift was so crowded during rush hour or lunch. There is starbuck cafe in the ground floor.

β β β β β This is the building of several high profile tech companies, such as Tokopedia, Traveloka, Garena, etc.
The service is standard office building in Jakarta, but the building management always improving the service, like adding Starbucks in Tower 2 last year, and now adding security tap in gate.

β β β β β I from Vietnam and worked there for a week on a business trip. Let say the security quite good, employee is very friendly and patience on explain the way to Tower 2.
4 elevator, waiting time never more than 1 minute even go up or down. Speed also very fast. There is no bad smell.
There is a Starbucks on G floor, very convenience.
Because traffic jam is a big problem whenever, wherever you go by cab (in my experience, 1 km = 10 mins) so Grab-bike is a solution, you can find out A LOT OF driver in front of building 24/7
There is also street food on the right of the building.
