★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of well known places in Salatiga. If you come here on the weekday, this place isn't crowded, but this place is crowded on the weekend. Come here in the morning at June or July, because on that period, the surrounding mountains are not covered with clouds and fogs and the road is dry. You can see the Mount Merbabu, Mount Telomoyo, Mount Ungaran, and even Mount Sindoro. Such an amazing place! To come to this tree, you should go through beautiful rice fields, so it is better for you to use sandals. This place is a little bit hard to access, except if you use your own vehicles. If you use public transportation, you can stop at PLN and walk to the southwest about several hundred meters.
