★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengadilan Pajak ini satu kompleks dengan BPKP Perwakilan Banten. Sebagai gedung peninggalan Belanda, ruangan-ruangan di gedung ini sebenarnya tidak cukup representatif jika mengadakan sidang peradilan perpajakan. Sehingga, tempat duduk bagi hadirin yang datang sangat terbatas.
Selain itu tempat parkirnya juga sangat terbatas, bahkan menggunakan lapangan basket sebagai tempat parkir. Mobil yang parkir tidak direm tangan agar bisa didorong maju atau mundur oleh petugas.
This Tax Court is complex with the Banten BPKP Representative. As a Dutch heritage building, the rooms in this building are actually not representative enough if they hold a tax court hearing. So, the seating for those who came was very limited.
In addition, parking is also very limited, even using the basketball court as a parking lot. Cars that are parked are not braked so they can be pushed forward or backward by officers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wah keren ini pengadilan pajak. Hakimnya udah tua tua tp baik gak serem kok hahaha. Ruang sidangnya banyak, ada ruang tunggu khusus penggugat dan tergugat. Tp susah cuy parkir disini krn kecil dan rame trus. Alhasil parkir di belakang tp resmi ya kalian daftarin tiketnya di mesin parkir.
Wow, this is a tax court. The judge is old but old but it's not scary hahaha. There are many courtrooms, there is a special waiting room for the plaintiff and defendant. But it's hard to park here because it's small and busy. As a result, parking behind the official tp, yes, you register the ticket at the parking machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengadilan Pajak...Ada di pusat Kota, tetapi sayang parkirnya sempit dan sangat terbatas. Seharusnya membuat parkir yang luas. Tersedia ruang tunggu tetapi hanya satu ruangan, gak lebar, seharusnya dibuat lebar karena rata-rata pengunjung membawa minimal 2 koper dokumen
Tax Court ... It's in the city center, but unfortunately the parking is narrow and very limited. Should have made a large parking area. There is a waiting room but only one room, not wide, it should be made wide because the average visitor brings at least 2 suitcases of documents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengadilan pajak dinIndonesia sangat sedikit sekali. Kami dari Sumatera Selatan harus ke Jakarta untuk sidang. Tapi Pengadilan Pajak adalah tempat WP mencari keadilan masalah perpajakan di KPP. Justru banyak masalah pemeriksaan di KPP yang kadang menafsirkan peraturan perpajakan yang banyak memberatkan WP sehingga sampai harus mencari keadilan di Pengadilan Pajak terutama 7 tahun terakhir ini.
There are very few tax courts in Indonesia. We from South Sumatra have to go to Jakarta for the trial. But the Tax Court is the place where taxpayers seek justice for tax matters at the KPP. In fact, there are many audit problems at the KPP which sometimes interpret tax regulations which burden taxpayers so much that they have to seek justice in the Tax Court, especially in the last 7 years.
