Hari ini kaka saya mau nyetor bukti bayar surat tilang tapi baru jam set 3 mereka sudah tutup dan tidak mau menerima bukti setoran kaka saya padahal hanya menerima saja dan biar dia balik lg minggu depan utk ambil berkasnya tapi mereka sama sekali tidak mau menerima & seperti memiliki aturan sendiri. Tolong diperbaiki kinerja & layanan nya karena setau saya tutup layanan itu jam 4 pas bukan jam set 3

Pelayanan membuat SKPD lama sekali padahal jam 8 sudah datang dan loket ptsp belum ada petugas padahal ditulis buka jam 08.00. Ditambah pelayanan petugas dalam meminta ttd kepala PN yang lama.

proses pengambilan putusan nya dibuat lama sm petugasnya.. kalo bayar bisa cepet.. kalo gak bayar bakal disuruh bolak/i.. dan nunggu dari jam 8 pagi smpe jam ampir jam 5 soreh..
