★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih deh... Sampai sekarang akta cerai belum ada kejelasana.. sy cek terus via online dan call jg.. tapi kok belum ada.. padahal sidang putusan sudah dari bulan September.. dan sekarang January..??
 It's sad... Until now, there is no clarity on the divorce certificate.. I kept checking via online and also calling... but why isn't there yet... even though the trial verdict has been from September... and now it's January...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor ini terletak di sepanjang jalan km Semarang - Kendal tepat di pinggir jalan sehingga mudah dilihat dan diakses, transportasi umum banyak yg lewat disitu. Gedungnya pun besar dan terlihat bagus diantara sekitarnya sehingga mudah mengenalinya . Pelayanannya juga enak dan cepat, mudah sekali mendapatkan informasi yg dibutuhkan sekitar hal yg menyakut bidang kerja mereka semisal masalah gugatan perceraian ,selain datang langsung juga dapat mendapatkan informasi ini dg mudah mereka juga mempunyai akses internet yah bisa di cari di google play store , jadi untuk mengetahui perkembangan perkara yg diajukan bisa cek disini nama aplikasinya E_pass smart pengadilan agama tingkat A1. Di aplikasi ini ada dengan mudah mendapat info ttg tata cara pengajuan perkra juga bisa mengikuti perkembangan nya, jadwal dan rincian biaya, semisal utk kasus gugatan cerai biasanya dipersiapkan dana 700 rb, dan berkas beruoa surat permohonan (bisa diminta dibuatkan oleh pengadilan dan surat pernyataan kelurahan, kecamatan dg biaya tererjangkau diluar 700 rb tadi). Berkas yg dibawa buku nikah asli dan foto kopi buku nikah yg di legalisir kantor pos +3 lebar ini gratis, KK, KTP,kalau surat nikah hilang bisa minta duplikat di KUA. Dan biaya sidang 10rb bawa saksi minimal2 dan harus tepat waktu. Bila terdapat sisa biaya yg 700 rb ,uang akan dikembalikan. Proses sidang cepat dan pada sidang pertama penggugat harus hadir . Fasilitas ruang tunggu juga nyaman ada tempat ibadah juga. Yg berkepentingan silahkan coba membuktikannya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gedung dan fasilitas sangat nyaman. Pelayanan juga ramah. Tapi sayangnya waktu persidangan saya kedapatan hakim ketua yang sangat sangat tidak profesional dan KAKU. Sangat tidak etis jika hakim membuat aturan sendiri sementara dirinya bekerja di lembaga publik yang masih berada di bawah hukum negara republik Indonesia yang sifatnya demokrasi. Sangat tidak etis jika hakim menolak salah satu saksi saya hanya karena beragama NON MUSLIM. Bukan itu saja, bahkan yang mulia bapak hakim tersebut jelas" menyebut saksi saya KAFIR. Sangat tidak etis pula jika dirinya lupa menvinformasikan pengajuan banding padahal saya berhak. Dan parahnya hakim tersebut sangat sangatt tidak adil dalam putusan berkas perkara saya dengan mengarang jawaban dari saksi pihak mantan suami saya. Padahal saat sidang ketika di tanya serba tidak tahu menahu perkara rumah tangga saya. Jelas itu sangat mencoreng PA Semarang yg megah dan nyaman fasilitasnyyaa.

It is very unethical if the judge rejects one of my witnesses just because he is a NON MUSLIM. Not only that, even the Honorable Mr. Judge clearly called my witness KAFIR. It would also be very unethical if he forgot to inform the appeal even though I have the right. And the worst thing is that the judge was very, very unfair in his decision on my case file by making up answers from third-party witnesses. my ex-husband. Even though when he was asked at the trial, he didn't know anything about my household matters. It was clear that it was a disgrace to the Semarang PA, which was magnificent and had comfortable facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru bebrapa hari lalu kesana. Tempat mudah ditemukan & akses mudah. Awalnya naik grab krn belum tau lokasi, setelah tau ternyata bisa diakses brt. Untuk halte ada di sebrang PA, dan sebelah kiri, dekat TPU. Tempatnya luas, pelayanannya bagus, orangnya ramah. Tersedia musholla dan kantin. Ada penunjuk jalan difabel, tersedia pula kamar mandi difabel.
Just been there a few days ago. The place is easy to find & easy access. At first, I took grab because I didn't know the location, after knowing it was accessible, brt. The bus stop is across the PA, and on the left, near the TPU. The place is spacious, the service is good, the people are friendly. There is a prayer room and canteen available. There are disabled guides, there are also disabled bathrooms.

Untuk proses pengurusan lumayan cepat (berdasarkan info dr yang pernah ngurus disitu)
