★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat siang, sy ingin bertanya. Jd sy py adik yg sy asuh sejak usia 1 th 8 bln hingga skr usia 12 th. Sesekali dia dijemput ibunya pulang ke kampung halamannya. Bbrp hari lalu dia dijemput paksa oleh ibu kandungnya utk disekolahkan di kampung halamannya. Tp si adik ga mau. Krn trs dipaksa oleh ibunya dg cara dibohongi, ibunya blg hanya pulang 2 hari aja sekedar utk tes lalu balik ke sini lg akhirnya adik sy berhasil diajak pulang oleh ibunya. Dan skr diam2 adik sy ini chat sy dan mnt pulang trs. Krn dia py trauma krn ibunya selalu memfitnah sy. Si adik sdri sebetulnya diperlakukan dg baik di sana. Tp batinnya trs kehantam krn fitnah2 yg dilakukan oleh ibunya ke sy. Ada trauma jg di masa lalu gara2 abgnya klo marah selalu main fisik dg cara ditendang dan ditonjok smpe ada memar di kakinya. Itu yg bikin dia ga betah tinggal brg ibunya. Pertanyaan sy, apakah anak di bawah umur boleh memilih utk ga tinggal brg ibunya? Apakah anak di bawah umur jika memilih utk sekolah jauh dr ibunya itu melanggar hukum? Apakah jika anak ini mnt difasilitasi oleh sy utk balik ke sy itu melanggar hukum? Dan secara hukum, apakah ada cara terbaik yg dpt sy lakukan utk membantu masalah yg sedang dihadapi oleh adik sy ini? Sementara hubungan sy dan ibu tiri sy bbrp th belakangan ga harmonis. Good afternoon, I want to ask a question. So I'm the sister that I took care of since the age of 1 year 8 months until now the age of 12 years. Sometimes he was picked up by his mother back to his hometown. A few days ago he was forcibly picked up by his biological mother to be sent to school in his hometown. But the sister doesn't want to. Because he was forced by his mother by being lied to, his mother said he only came home for 2 days just for a test and then came back here again, finally my sister was successfully invited home by her mother. And now, secretly, my sister is chatting with me and waiting to go home, thanks. Because he is traumatized because his mother always slanders me. The sister and brother were actually treated well there. But his mind is still beating because of the slander that his mother did to me. There was also trauma in the past because when his brother was angry, he always played physically by kicking and punching him until he had bruises on his legs. That's what makes him uncomfortable living with his mother. My question is, are minors allowed to choose not to live with their mother? Is it illegal for a minor to choose to study away from his mother? Is it a violation of the law for this child to be facilitated by me to return to me? And legally, is there a best way I can do to help my sister's problem? Meanwhile, my relationship with my stepmother in recent years has not been harmonious. That's my question.
