But when we came, the deer is not many, it is only 14 deers. If there is more deers in there, it will be more fun..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The direction on the road to this place is almost unnoticeable so you gotta look. The place is very well maintained and clean. It has a river side where you and your kids can play some splash on the side of the river. You have to walk about 500 meters to see the deers. Make sure you wear a good walking shoes because the track is made of stones. So its uneven surface here and there. If you bring toddler just leave your stroller in your vehicle. When I was there there was only one deer showed up, I guess maybe because I came at the wrong time which is 2 pm when the sun was up and the weather was very hot and humid. Come in the morning or evening when the weather is cool down. Deer like to stay under the shades when it gets too hot. The warung in the park sale deer food for rp. 10.000. Also bring some waters for you to drink or you get dehydrated easily. There are some warung in the park sale food and drinks as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place needs more attention from Bogor Timur's government. There were only half of deer left, about 20ish and looks old. Though they have other attractions like hammocks, archery, food stalls. Main gate was managed by locals and cost you 5,000 to pass by the swinging bridge, 10,000 for car parking, and after a rocky journey by the river side, you have to pay another 10,000 to get into the main area. If you go there for picnic by the river,,, not so bad but if you're looking for feeding the dear, it's just not worth it.
