Kuah pempeknya enak dan kental. Tapi hebie, bihun, dan timun harus minta ke pelayan. Kalau tidak minta tidak dikasih. Menunya cukup lengkap untuk semua jenis pempek. Pelayannya tidak ramah. Tempatnya bersih dan ada AC. Dari segi harga dan kualitas pempek ini termasuk mahal.
The taste of pempek is good, but the ratio of fish and flour is more flour.
The pempek sauce is delicious and thick. But hebie, vermicelli, and cucumber had to ask the waiter. If you don't ask, you don't get it. The menu is quite complete for all types of pempek. The waiter is not friendly. The place is clean and there is AC. In terms of price and quality, this pempek is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of Pempek, and after view quite high rating on google I decide to order Tjik Wan from Grabfood. Nothing wrong with that, then the pempek is coming warm and good.
But for me the pempek is combined with too much Sago so become more chewy and it tasted just like less fish content, the pempek color seems gray, just not like other Pempek. I try to think positive maybe when they produce the pempek they dont use food colouring.
And I love the sauce, they separate the sweet and spicy one, I combined it and it was good and fresh!
Thats my opinion, try yourself! :)
