★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit Muno quite often. The champion of the dish is the pempek sauce and it serves Lenggang, a menu that's rare to find in a common Pempek restaurant but if you ask me which one is my most favourite is Kulit, it's being deep fried perfectly so it gives you a nice crispy texture.
For those who loves Pempek in a Classic way, try ordering Kapal Selam. Another plus point is the prices are affordable.
The only complain that I have is a quite long serving process but then again I'm willing to compromise just for the taste. If they can reduce serving time, I'll definitely give a 5 ?.
