Pempek is served with rich sweet and sour sauce called kuah cuka or kuah cuko (lit. vinegar sauce), or just "cuko". Sometimes local people also add yellow noodles for variations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite pempek shop. The price is cheap, the taste is good. The "cuka" is excellent. The service is fast. The parking space is spacious. It has 2 floors so the seating area is enough for more than 10 people.
The only downside is that the public road in front of it is very crowded during after office hour (after 6 PM). But it's worth to wait.
