Pempek bangka with a light chili sauce, not too stinging.
Fish skin pempek, adan pempek, uyen and boiled round pempek are a must try

Pempek kulitnya is GODLY LEVEL. Enak banget banget. Uyen juga enak, crispy outside moist inside. Sambalnya juga mantap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali coba Pempek Bangka, dan ternyata enak dan cocok di lidah. Rasa kuahnya asam sedikit pedas, ada rasa getir di lidah. Mantap!
Pilihannya cukup banyak, ada Uyen/ talas, kulit, otak-otak, dll. Yang talas enak, renyah di luar lembut di dalamnya. Otak-otaknya enakk! Sama sekali tidak ada bau/ rasa amis. Untuk lokasinya berada di perumahan, cukup mengikuti map.
First time trying Pempek Bangka, and it turned out to be delicious and suitable on the tongue. The taste of the sauce is sour, a little spicy, there is a bitter taste on the tongue. Excellent!
The choices are quite a lot, there are Uyen / taro, skin, otak-otak, etc. The taro is delicious, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The brains are delicious! Absolutely no fishy smell/taste. For the location in housing, just follow the map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pempek yang beda dari pada umumnya. Tidak pakai cuko, tapi ada 2 opsi : sambal tauco & sambal jeruk. Sambal jeruk lebih ke pedas manis, kalau yang tauco agak asam.
Pempeknya kerasa banget ikannya, namun agak beda dari pempek lain, gak tau apakah pake tenggiri atau jenis ikan lain. Ini pempek bangka btw. Ada 8 jenis menu : uyen/talas (ini enak, krispi di luar, lembut di dalam), kulit ikan, pempek bulat & panjang (ada goreng & rebus), sate ikan (bentuknya kotak, ini juga enak, empuk), dan ada otak2 juga.
Minumannya pesan es jeruk kalimantan, jeruk yang sama yang dipakai untuk bikin sambalnya. Surprisingly enak sih, lumayan dominan asam tapi fresh bikin melek.
Tempatnya bersih banget, gak terlalu luas tapi nyaman. Bisa terima cashless juga. Lokasi di gang/jalan kecil, tapi masih mudah ditemui.
Pempek that is different from the usual. Don't use cuko, but there are 2 options: tauco sauce & orange chili sauce. The orange sauce is more spicy and sweet, the tauco is a bit sour.
The pempek really tastes like fish, but it's a bit different from other pempek, I don't know whether to use mackerel or other types of fish. This is pempek bangka btw. There are 8 types of menu: uyen/taro (this is delicious, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside), fish skin, round & long pempek (fried & boiled), fish satay (box-shaped, this is also delicious, tender), and there are brains too.
The drink ordered iced oranges from Kalimantan, the same oranges used to make the sambal. Surprisingly delicious, it's quite acidic but fresh enough to make people literate.
The place is very clean, not too spacious but comfortable. Can accept cashless too. The location is in a small alley/street, but still easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place to serve WuYen that I know in Jakarta (fried Taro Hakka style). Eat it with special hot sauce, yummy.. they also serve Bangka style pempek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable price for the best taste of otak otak. All pempek variant also tasty. They have their own special sambal instead of cuko as the common pempek use. The place is neat, clean, not too big though.
