Ayam selalu segar dan jarang yang masuk ke kulkas. Daging ayam juga bebas bulu halus sebab beliau sangat detail memperhatikan kualitas daging ayamnya. Terkadang beliau kehabisan ayam karena permintaan bertambah setiap harinya.
