★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah dan bisa di bilang cepat, karna di kota asal saya malah harus nunhgu 1 hari. Kalo di sini bs ditunggu 1-2 jam untuk pengurusan surat pindah masuk.
Tempat nyaman, bnyk kursi untuk menunggu dan ruangan ber AC.
Toilet juga bersih dan parkir gratis.
Sayangnya, di bagian dpn pas sy dtg ga ada petugas/satpam yang mengarahkan untuk memilih nomer antrian sesuai yg dibutuhkan, jd bnyk konsumen yg bingung. Semoga bs di perbaiki agar pelayanan semakin bagus?
 Friendly service and can be said fast, because in my hometown I even had to wait 1 day. If here, we can wait for 1-2 hours to arrange the transfer letter.
Comfortable place, many chairs to wait and air conditioned rooms.
The toilet is also clean and free parking.
Unfortunately, in the dpn part when there is no officer / guard who directs to choose the queue number as needed, so many consumers are confused. Hopefully, it can be improved so that the service gets better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener2 kecewa banget sama satpamnya, orang gak ada ramah2nya sama sekali suruh cuci tangan aja ngotot jelasin ngotot heran kaya gak ada satpam lain yang bisa memberikan info secara jelas gitu apa?
Really disappointed with the security guard, people are not friendly at all, tell them to wash their hands, insist on explaining, insist on being surprised like there is no other security guard who can provide clear information, what is that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baik, hanya yang kurang sedikit adalah pengelolaan dan penataan tempat parkirnya. Harapan saya kedepannya tempat parkir diperbaiki lagi
1. Lahan parkir sudah mulai ada perhatian, namun masih belum ada atapnya ini penting tatkala musim penghujan banyak pemohon atau masyarakat yg parkir disini akan kehujanan

1. Parking area has started to get attention, but there is still no roof this is important when the rainy season many applicants or people who park here will be in the rain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor yang cukup nyaman. Saya mengurus akta kematian dan hari setelahnya bisa langsung diambil. Ruangan tunggunya cukup nyaman. Nomor antrian diambil dari jam 8 pagi sampai jam 1 siang. Tempat parkir juga cukup luas.
Comfortable enough office. I took care of a death certificate and the day after that it could be taken straight away. The waiting room is quite comfortable. Queue numbers are taken from 8 am to 1 pm. The parking space is also quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Mau konsultasi malah sukanya ngotot. Link yg disediakan untuk pendaftaran online padahal tidak bisa dibuka. Payah deh. Ga malu apa ya? Sudah dibayar pakai uang rakyat, kok malah pelayanan seenaknya gitu.
Very bad service. Want to consult even like insistent. The link provided for online registration can't be opened. It's bad. What are you ashamed of? It's been paid with public money, how come the service is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf hari ini saya didukcapil gunung kidul ... Kecewa aja SMA satpamnya ... Nadanya jgn tinggi2 ... Antrian jga gak padat kok ... Wlpn nomr antrian sudah HBS ... Segaknya ngejelasinnya gak usah pake nada tinggi ...dan petugas saat saya dipanggil sambil bentak menanyakan formulir yang sudah sya berikan kpda satpam sya dibentak dan alhsil sya panggil satpam dan satpam yg mnjelaskan bahwa formulir tdi sudah saya serahkan ... Udah nadanya tinggi petugasnya slah cetak ... Padahl sudah jelas2 pemohon itu saya surat kehilangan KTP jga Ats nama sya lho kok yg dicetak punya salah satu keluarga saya ... Disitu dia malu sendiri ... Tlng dong jgn terlalu arogan melayani masyarakat ...
Pelayanan kurang ramah ... Jam 1 lwt 10 Bru satpam Bru datang lgi HBS istrht ...

Datang jam 8 pagi baru bisa masuk jam 11 siang
Edukasi ke masyarakat kutang jelas.. kalau banyak tanya malah ngotot
Dan tidak ada pelayanan komplain
Long service..
Less organized..
Come at 8 am can only enter at 11 pm
