★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trnyata buka nya jam 9! Apakah info Google Maps yg salah? Yg jelas sih kalo ada perubahan jam buka jg ga ada yg inisiatif update di Google dan pasang notif di pintu masuk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses cepat, disarankan sebelum ke sini harus sudah membawa persyaratan dan fotocopy KTP, STNK, dan BPKB, bisa di minta ke tempat fotocopy yang ada di tanah merah (agen bus), dan jangan lupa bawa KTP STNK dan BPKB aslinya juga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini lokasinya masi d dalam lingkup kantor kecamatan Penjaringan. Posisi samsatnya di sebelah kanan dr gerbang utama. Ke sana untuk bayar pajak kendaraan bermotor tahunan. Bawa berkas KTP, BPKB, dan STNK asli dan fotocopy 1x untuk masing-masing berkas. Jangan lupa bawa surat kuasa kalau pembayarannya diwakilkan orang lain. Ambil formulir, isi, balik ke loket dan serahkan semua berkas. Langsung bayar di loket sebelahnya. Prosesnya sampai lembar pajak tahunan aslinya dicetak ± 2 menit (kalau mau hitung sama proses isi formulir ya bisa sampai 5 min, tergantung kecepatan menulis).
Kritik: meskipun cepat prosesnya, tp pas saya dtg kondisi tidak ad antrian ketika saya berdiri d depan loket petugasnya sibuk chatting bahkan terlihat cuek dengan sosok yang menunggu. Kalau diacuhkan krn sibuk dengan pekerjaan saya bisa maklumi tp ya mohon org yg menunggu diminta utk menunggu sebentar bukan diacuhkan.
Semoga kedepannya bisa baik lg.
This location is still within the scope of the Penjaringan sub-district office. The Samsat position is on the right side of the main gate. There to pay the annual motor vehicle tax. Bring the original KTP, BPKB, and STNK files and 1 x photocopy of each file. Don't forget to bring a power of attorney if the payment is represented by someone else. Take the form, fill it out, go back to the counter and hand over all the files. Pay immediately at the counter next to it. The process is until the original annual tax sheet is printed ± 2 minutes (if you want to calculate the same, the process for filling out the form can take up to 5 minutes, depending on the speed of writing).
Criticism: although the process is fast, but when I arrived there was no queue when I stood in front of the counter the clerk was busy chatting and even looked indifferent to the person waiting. If you are ignored because you are busy with work, I can understand, but yes, please ask people who are waiting to be asked to wait for a while, not be ignored.
Hopefully in the future it will be good.
