★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah hampir 2 tahun sertifikatnya belum selesai dan tidak pernah ada followup kepada perusahaan terkait permasalahan yg ada soal sertifkatnya, ketika kami followup responnya lama sekali dan selalu mohon maaf tanpa adanya perkembangan. sangat kecewa sekali
 it's been almost 2 years the certificate has not been completed and there has never been a follow-up to the company regarding the problems that exist regarding the certificate, when we follow up the response takes a long time and always apologizes without any progress. very disappointed

Di awal pendaftaran sudah sering re-schedule untuk pelaksanaan training karena pandemic lah, karena kurang kuota lah, dll. Sampai harus sering-sering kami follow up.
Dari 1 tahun yang lalu (Nov 2020) salah satu karyawan sudah mengikuti training Petugas K3 Kimia secara online, sampai hari ini (Nov 2021) belum mendapatkan sertifikat-nya.
Banyaaaak sekali alasannya. Menunggu ttd direksi PNK3 lah, ada pergantian direksi di Kemnaker lah (di Mei 2021), kendala di operasional Formasi sehingga data baru disubmit di Mei 2021.
Kami dioper untuk langsung contact tim yang langsung mengurus sertifikat (tim operation).
Setelah contact PIC yang dimaksud, kami dilempar ke Direkturnya. Dan dari Direktur dilempar lagi ke tim operation.
Banyak yang perlu diimprove dari tim Formasi.
Just this time disappointed with vendor training, very disappointed!
At the beginning of registration, it was often re-scheduled for the implementation of training because of the pandemic, due to lack of quota, etc. Until we often have to follow up.
From 1 year ago (Nov 2020) one of the employees has attended the online Chemical K3 Officer training, until today (Nov 2021) he has not received his certificate.
There are so many reasons. Waiting for the PNK3 board of directors to sign, there was a change of directors at the Ministry of Manpower (in May 2021), problems in Formation operations so that new data was submitted in May 2021.
We were assigned to directly contact the team who immediately took care of the certificate (operation team).
After contacting the PIC in question, we were sent to the Director. And from the Director thrown again to the operation team.
A lot needs to be improved from the Formation team.
