★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya juga pernah urus jual beli tanah di Notaris ini memang butuh waktu yg lama saat proses pembuatan Akta Jual beli dan proses balik nama karena yg punya nama disertifikat sdh almarhum jadi harus berurusan dengan ahli waris yg notabene tinggalnya ntah dmna susahnya nyarinya.

It took a long time during the process of making the Sale and Purchase Deed and the process of changing the name because the one who had a certified name was deceased so he had to deal with the heirs who in fact lived where it was difficult to find.

Uang sdh masuk Semua tapi AJB belum tau juntrungnya sdh satu tahun berjalan. Tidak ada tanggung jawab pihak notaris, saya ke kantornya hanya ketemu nenek2 yg sambil merokok. Please info dong sharing pengalaman dan solusinya.
For those of you who were deceived, how is there a way out? I am also one of the victims of this notary. Money has come in. Everyone but AJB doesn't know how much money is going to happen, it's been one year running. There is no responsibility of the notary, I went to his office only to meet grandmothers who were smoking.
