Bad service from front security to customer service. I just want to activate the gcash which is really violent. No more coming here, better to go to another pawnshop. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali berkunjung, untuk pelayanan sekuriti nya kurang ramah dan kurang senyum. Saat itu beliau bilang kalau antriannya penuh, tapi setelah saya cek kedalam ternyata tidak demikian. Tapi untung untuk pelayanan teller nya cukup ramah. Untuk tempatnya masih terbilang cukup sempit apalagi saat antriannya penuh.
The first time I visited, the security service was not friendly and didn't smile. At that time he said that the queue was full, but after I checked in, it was not. But fortunately the teller service is quite friendly. The place is still quite cramped, especially when the queue is full.
